ROSEPINE — The LSU AgCenter and Beauregard Master Gardeners will start new Master Gardener in-person classes in January with the first class being a free orientation from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 5 at the Rosepine Research Station, 176 Research Station Road.
The free orientation will cover the details of the class. To pre-register, send your request by e-mail to khawkins@agcenter.lsu.edu .
The cost for the class will be $165.
Master Gardeners are AgCenter volunteers who receive horticultural training in weeds, insects, plant diseases, turf, vegetables, ornamental plants and other related topics. These classes will end in April.
