Secretary to the Fire Chief Jill Roberts serves as the documentation representative of the department.  Secretary Roberts is responsible for departmental records, training records and takes care of responding to general emails and phone calls to the department.

Fire Prevention Officer Rena Toney manages the Fire Prevention Division of the department.  Her Fire Prevention roles include all the public education the department provides and conducting fire inspections of local businesses for conformity.

Training and Safety Officer Dakota Cryer manages the Training Division of the department and works to address safety concerns within the department.  As the department conducts over 5000 hours of training each year throughout its employees, Officer Cryer assigns, monitors and documents the training required for each employee of the department.
